Activities: CHIBI SWAP to treasure

Here we go, our first ever activity in CFSPh. We CFSPh wants to encourage our members to participate and to have a first glance of joyous activity.  

Purpose: To promote craftsmanship of each and every member/participant. To help us hone our skills more towards creating one of a kind (trademark) chibis. At the same time, this can also be a nice venue for us to help each other towards good exposure of our products in the market.

• Start of sign up: June 23, 2011
• End of sign up: June 26, 2011 until 10pm
• SWAP: our own version of CHIBI

Mechanics:

• What to create: our own version of chibi / mini-me

• Chibi should be identical (1 design) - 1 participant = 1 chibi design

• Total number of chibi: 6 per participant

• Size: 
• really depends on the artist but it is encouraged to not be smaller than 1 inch yet not bigger than 5 inch

• Materials to use: Except for SKIN (face & body) and the color your choose for the HAIR, colors to be used for the chibi should be limited to just 3 colors.

Notes to remember:

The swap month will begin on July 01, 2011. We will be given 3 weeks to complete all our chibis and sent to the sorter. All chibis must be in (sent to the sorter) on the 3rd week of the swap. Sorter then sorts all the chibis submitted in the following week (4th week of July) and send back package to the participants.

Shipping fee to and from sorter must be shouldered by each participant.

After we have all received our packages, we will post a photo of everything we have received in our own albums and say something about what we gained from the experience.
